A Scary Note...

Friday I thought I would venture out of the house and go to Target. (guess I over did it.) I felt okay for once and thought after I could stop at Aprils to let Bing play. So, at April's all of a sudden I had to go to the bathroom because I felt like I was leaking (and those of you who have been pregnant know this is common.) I went in (here is the graphic part) and pulled down my pants to find that I was leaking, blood! Lots of it. Immediately, I started crying and I called for April. I just thought, I cannot do this I don't think I can go through losing this baby, I went through way too much with Bing! April and Trent were asking me what they could do, so to make a long story short April took me to the ER (because Brody wasn't going to return from Reno until later that night.)
When we got to the ER they immediately checked me in and started doing tests. My mom and April were there with me which was very helpful. I was soooo scared, I just kept saying, I knew something wasn't right. But I kept pushing it aside because of what happened with Bingham it was making me scared. Any who, They did an ultra sound and the baby looked fine, just kicking and hanging out. The ER Dr. was very nice, he explained this could be either an early miscarriage or many other things. He told me everything could be okay too! So, they sent me home and told me what to watch for. And put me on bedrest until I could get to my OB on Tuesday. Fun!!!
If they put me on bedrest that would be 28wks of bedrest! That is torture, especially with a toddler. I am still feeling sick but I am not bleeding anymore, (just the left over stuff.) I do have a slight fever though, so I guess we shall see tomorrow at 3:30.
Brody got home by the way and he and Trent gave me a blessing. My family has been very good to me too, with Grammy and my mom making us dinner and my sisters helping out where at all possible, and Trenton who watched all the kids while we were at the ER. And my sisters-in-law cleaned my house last week, and it was badly needed. My hubby really has picked up the slack so special thanks to hime too! Thank you so much!!! Every little bit helps!

Amy, I'm sorry! That sounds awful. My biggest nightmare of ever getting pregnant is being on bedrest, when you've already got a baby. I hope it goes well!

My goodness!!! I'm so sorry you had to go through that -- how scary!! I hope everything is ok with both of you!! And I really hope you don't have to be on bed rest for that long! I can't even imagine 28 weeks! 7 has been quite enough! I feel for ya! I'll be praying for you! Hang in there!

By the way, I've never been told that I look like Sara Michelle Gellar. That's funny!

Amy,
That is so scary!!! I had a dream last night that I was having miscarriage, I woke up in a cold sweat and couldn't go back to sleep. I can't imagine going through it in real life. If you ever need anything let me know, or even if you just want to chat. I know you have been through this before, but sometimes it is nice to talk with someone who is pregnant at the same time as you. I hope everything is okay, I will keep you in my prayers.
