I have this thing about seeing a show before I read the book, I need to read it first, so I have everyone in my mind what they look like and pretty much everything about them. I really did love this book, it was so interesting and I found myself asking what would I do, which I really like when I book gets me thinking... well anyway now I have to see this movie! It was probably one of the most depressing books I've ever read, but it was worth it! I really related to each character and it sure made me greatful for my children and their health. My mom's brother died of lukemia when he was a very little boy, I can't even imagine losing one of my boys, or going through all of the decisions these parents are put through. Bart would have been 50 yrs this summer, and I know my Grammy has been through so many trials, but i am sure this was the hardest of all! Just the sadness I read about in this book gave me a little insight to what she had to go through. I am so sorry for your loss! And I know he is waiting for you and watching over you Grammy!!!

Amy, if I could borrow your book, you would be my ANGEL! I can't find it at ANY library and the lists are too long...I hear it's amazing and so I want to buy it, but I also hear the language is bad and that's a huge thing for me so I wanted to read it first. Anyways...if you ever remeber to bring it to a playgroup...I would love it! :)
