Do any of you participate in watching March Madness or filling out the brackets? Do you even know what I am talking about??? Well, I grew up around this stuff, my dad is a huge college basketball fan, and I married a huge college basketball fan. I love it as well! I think it is so much fun to watch all of the games, and cheer for my picks to win! Sometimes I don't know anything about a team so I just choose by the name I like best, for example I chose Binghamton, because that is my sons name. I know that it is a stretch because they are playing Duke, who is ranked at a 2 seed, but there are always a few upsets! BYU just lost and that makes me really sad, it is the second year in a row that they lost to Texas A&M, but of course I have to choose BYU or I'd be a trader! Anyhoo! It is a fun time of year, so here's to seeing if I beat out my hubby and/or dad in my picks!!!

I'd never filled out a bracket until I married Shane. But now I do it every year. His family has a competition and the winner gets this really ugly trophy. I know nothing about college basketball, so it's just a guessing game for me. I sometimes just pick the name I like best too...like Xavier! I think that's an awesome name!! :)
That is so fun. Growning up in a family of all girls we never got too into it, but Erik is a sports fanatic like Brody. Erik was kind of excited because he and Pres. Obama had pretty much all the same picks. I have never filled out a bracket, I just cheer Erik's teams on.
Oh I totally fill out brackets every year now. I've even beat Jared a couple of times which makes him furious because I usually pick based on name or the fact that I'm sick of a team winning. ;) That hasn't worked as well for me this year, but I do think it's a fun tradition!
