Pnemonia???

Yes, its true, my little Beanbop (Bingham) has pnemonia. On Sunday night we stopped at the Ogden Clinic because he was comlaining of neck pain, and had a fever. They took xrays, did a few tests and told us it was just a virus, or cold. So, we left and felt okay with that. He felt so much better Monday and didn't have a fever so we went to the funnest Easter Egg hunt with some of my bestest friends and family. It was so much fun. I could tell after a little while that he felt sick so we went home. Then yesterday I had probably the busiest day of my life and right toward the end of the day I got a call from the Ogden Clinic telling that the radiologist took a look at his xray and found...pnemonia. Yes, that is how she said it. So rude huh! I think in that split second a million things ran through my brain. This is always what happens with Bing though. They send us home thinking we are okay then call us back and tell us something is wrong, like when they sent us home from primary childrens and told us he was fine come to find out later he was missing his left carotid artery. I was livid! I just wish they could figure it out sooner. I guess in this instance it was after hours, but at least call me the next day. Anyhoo, he has pnemonia and is pretty miserable. But he is not contagious. They think it is from the RSV that he had a few weeks ago. So don't worry everyone we've been with, sorry anyway! I will keep you updated on his status! As for us, we are supposed to be going down to St. George tonight and are now thinking we'll put it off another day or so... We will see how things are going!!! Happy Easter if i don't post before then!!!

Oh Amy that is too bad about Bing! Well at least you are going somewhere warm. Think of it as a jumpstart for spring? Love your comments!

Poor Bing! I feel so bad for that kid, sheesh. Ya konw, i've heard of SO many instances where people from Utah go to Florida or on a cruise and when they get home they are super sick, find out they have pneumonia. I think thats just too weird! That's probably what set it off, poor guy. hopefully you get to go to st george and have fun.

I knew he wasn't good yesterday. He was just laying around coughing and looked bad. Poor guy, maybe he should be my child, always sick like me. I hope you guys can come. Hopefully by Thursday or Friday morning he'll be good to go. I can watch Bo anytime for you just let me know.

I HATE THAT! Ohh, sometimes doctors and staff. make me sooo mad! I hope you gave them a piece of your mind... and mine! I know they are busy, but really what if it had been a little colder at the Easter egg hunt? He could have gotten really a lot more sick. It was probably just because someone did not look at it close enough the first time.
Sorry, it just makes me mad. I had some of the same kind of problems with Jeremy and then again with Bree.
I hope he is feeling tons better, poor little guy! He is just so stinkin' cute. Let me know if there is anything you need. I hope you make down to St. George. I love it down there. Have a good time!
